This Privacy Policy describes how the Ticom mobile application ("the App"), developed and operated by Tiejan ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use the App.

Ticom is a business application intended for use by authorized employees and partners of Tiejan for sales and field operations. It is not intended for general consumer use.

When you use the App, we collect and process the following information:

• Account credentials: your username and password, used solely to authenticate you against our company's business management system (ERP). Your password is transmitted securely and is not stored on the device in plain text.
• Basic account information: your name and email address associated with your company account, used to identify you within the App.

The App does not collect your device location, contacts, photos, microphone, or any other personal data from your device.

2. How We Use Information

The information collected is used only to:

• Authenticate you and provide access to the App's features;
• Associate business records (such as sales transactions) you create in the App with your user account;
• Maintain the security of our systems.

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Data entered in the App is transmitted only to Tiejan's own business systems and is accessible only to authorized company personnel.

4. Data Security

Data transmitted between the App and our servers is protected using industry-standard encryption in transit. Access to our business systems is restricted to authenticated, authorized users.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Account information is retained for as long as you are an authorized user of our systems. When your authorization ends, your account can be deactivated. We will process such requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal or business record-keeping obligations.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for business use by adults (18 years and older). We do not knowingly collect information from children.
